These terms govern your use of Essomen Prism, an independent, invite-only AI platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Invite-only access

Access to Essomen Prism is currently by invitation only. Accounts are created and provisioned by the platform administrator. There is no public registration. We may suspend or remove accounts at our discretion, for example for misuse or because the invite program changes.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Your API keys (for example, OpenRouter) are yours. You obtain them from the provider, you enter them in your own browser, and you are responsible for any usage or charges on those keys.
• Do not share your account with others unless the administrator has approved it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Essomen Prism to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or to disrupt the platform.
• Circumvent access controls or misuse invite-only access.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI Disclaimer

Essomen Prism provides workflows for interacting with third-party AI models. Please keep the following in mind:

• AI responses may be inaccurate. Models can produce incorrect, outdated, or fabricated information. Verify important information from reliable sources before acting on it.
• Outputs are not professional advice. Responses are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.
• Model availability and behavior vary. The models available, their capabilities, and their pricing are set by third-party providers and may change without notice.
• Compare and Panel are decision aids, not guarantees. Seeing multiple perspectives helps you evaluate answers, but a majority or a judge's verdict does not make an answer correct.

Costs

Essomen Prism itself does not charge for access during the invite period. If you use paid AI models, you pay the model provider directly through your own API key. Cost estimates shown in the app are approximations. You are responsible for monitoring your own usage and spending with providers.

Your data

Your API keys, conversations, and settings are stored in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy. Clearing your browser data permanently removes them. We do not provide cloud backup.

No warranty

Essomen Prism is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users where practical.
